Pittsburgh 48 Hour Film Project Unfolds At Oaks Theater

The Day the Ship Stood Still

The Pittsburgh 48 Hour Film Project has a new venue, but the challenge is the same – to write, shoot, edit and score a short film in two days. The competition also requires filmmakers to include a character (Lenny or Lani Saffron, Chocolatier), a prop (sticky note/notes) and a line (“Maybe I just don’t find you funny”). On July 20th and July 22nd, 37 teams will premiere their original works – all produced during the weekend of July 8th through July 10th – at the Oaks Theater.
