On April 10th, Steel City Secret Cinema returns to the Hollywood Theater for another evening of fun, food, movie-related art, and a mystery screening. As a follow-up to their Toon Time show, which took place last fall, the charity event will honor action star Bruce Willis.
The latest edition of SCSC will showcase original screen-printed posters and art highlighting Willis’ career, which includes the Die Hard franchise, Pulp Fiction, and The Sixth Sense. The collection will feature works from local artists Zeb Love, Kris Boban, Adam Chizmar, Derrick Davila, Matt Denton, Heather Froman, John Galo, Brandy Gravely, Dave Slebodnick, Nick Smith, Seth Storck, and Jeff Zoet. Guests can also expect plenty of libations courtesy of Draai Laag Brewing Company and food from Market District Giant Eagle, as well as a DJ set by PANDEMIC.
Steel City Secret Cinema: Bruce Willis Edition will take place at 6:30 p.m. with the film reveal and screening at 8:30 p.m. Tickets run from $12 to $60 and are available for purchase at Showclix. All proceeds will benefit the American Diabetes Association of Western PA and the Hollywood Theater.
