‘Scream Park’ Makes Murder The Main Attraction At The Hollywood Theater

The Hollywood Theater will start the new year off with a bloody bang when they host the premiere of the independent horror film Scream Park.

Inspired by the style of 80s horror cinema, Scream Park follows a group of teenage employees at Fright Land, a local theme park that’s closing its gates for the last time. Before the final bow, however, they decide to throw a party inside the park after hours – little do they know, Fright Land’s owner, played by Doug Bradley (HellraiserHellbound: Hellraiser II), has devised a scheme to have a pair of killers commit gruesome murders in the park as a publicity stunt to sell tickets. Soon the employees come face to face with terror as they’re killed off one by one. Shot just north of Pittsburgh at Conneaut Lake Park, the film should deliver plenty of gore with a western Pennsylvania flair.

Scream Park premieres at the Hollywood Theater on Jan. 6th. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. with the film starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $8 and are available for purchase at Showclix.
